With the steady growth of our business and in order to ensure that our product performance aligns with international standards from the very source, we officially established a brand-new internal quality testing laboratory this year. This initiative marks a milestone in HPHT’s pursuit of precision production and quality control, laying a solid foundation for our continued provision of high-standard aluminum materials to the global market.
During this laboratory upgrade, we introduced several sets of advanced base material inspection and testing equipment, with a specific focus on conducting multi-dimensional performance analysis for 1000, 3000, and 5000 series aluminum alloy substrates. The laboratory is equipped with in-depth testing capabilities for coating adhesion, substrate hardness, and bending performance. Through these precise testing methods, we are able to perform rigorous screening and evaluation of aluminum coil substrates and key coatings such as PE and PVDF, ensuring that every batch of raw materials entering production meets optimal performance indicators and eliminating quality hazards at the very start of our process.
This comprehensive enhancement of our raw material inspection standards is not only a reflection of our commitment to excellence, but also a strategic move to pave the way for the company’s quality system certification next year.
