Following its initial establishment and the operation of its first high-precision color coating line, Zhengzhou HPHT Industrial Co., Ltd. (HPHT) has taken a practical step forward in technical development with its specialized high-formability soft aluminum alloy color-coated coils. Designed to meet high-bendability requirements (T-Bend ≤ 2T), this product line enhances the company’s manufacturing capability and supports its position in the aluminum processing market.

The development focuses on managing annealing and tension control during the color-coating process for 3003 H24/H14 soft aluminum alloys. By adjusting thermal processing parameters and optimizing coating adhesion, HPHT’s engineering team aims to support reliable coating performance—helping maintain film integrity during standard 180° tight bending, roll forming, and deep drawing processes.

Addressing the risk of coating failure during complex forming and bending operations, this product offers downstream manufacturers a practical combination of high formability and firm coating adhesion. This allows clients in the building cladding, ceiling, and decorative panel sectors to perform required structural processing while preserving the appearance and protective layer of the prepainted aluminum.
