HPHT has introduced pre-coated aluminum coils featuring orange-peel embossing, 3D wood and stone grain patterns, and grid designs to expand its architectural product portfolio.
Responding to evolving architectural and interior design trends, Zhengzhou HPHT Industrial Co., Ltd. (HPHT) has expanded its surface finishing technologies with a comprehensive line of decorative and textured coated aluminum coils. This new series introduces orange-peel embossing, realistic 3D wood and stone grain patterns, mesh grid textures, as well as distinct high-gloss and ultra-matte effects, significantly broadening the functional and aesthetic versatility of prepainted aluminum.
The newly developed series combines precise mechanical embossing with multi-tone roller printing and specialized coating formulations. By controlling coating viscosity and surface tension during application, HPHT achieves authentic natural textures and tactile depth while preserving the core protective qualities of the underlying metal—including UV resistance, color retention, and corrosion protection. These decorative options offer alternative material solutions for high-end exterior cladding, interior wall paneling, modular ceilings, and custom cabinetry.
This expansion highlights HPHT’s customization capabilities and flexible production framework, catering directly to the architectural cladding and interior decoration markets. By providing architects, designers, and panel fabricators with a wide selection of surface finishes, HPHT enables clients to achieve distinct visual designs without compromising on structural durability or coating performance.

With this textured and functional series added to the catalog, we at HPHT continue to strengthen our specialized coating offerings. Delivering diverse visual effects and customized surface solutions allows us to better support project designers and downstream fabricators across modern commercial and residential applications.
